Help regarding attachments

Hi everybody,

This is regarding the problems faced by many users in downloading / viewing attachments i.e. those attachments that come along with job opportunities, any news item, etc.

Now that has been almost permanently sorted out. Users can view the same by either clicking on the link or by copy pasting it in the address bar of the browser.
